The Business Model

The platform operates in a four-tier hierarchy:

1. Platform - The core infrastructure (us)
2. Agency (Tenant) - Your agency account
3. Client (Workspace) - Your client projects
4. End Users - Your client's customers

Each agency gets their own isolated environment (tenant) where they can manage multiple client workspaces.

Pricing Model

The platform uses a two-tier markup system:

• Platform → Agency: Base AI cost + 20% platform markup (default)
• Agency → Client: Platform cost + your agency markup (you set this)

Example:

• Base AI cost: $0.10
• Platform charges you: $0.12 (20% markup)
• You charge client: $0.18 (50% agency markup)
• Your profit: $0.06 per interaction

You control whether clients pay via:

• Credits system (prepaid balance)
• Your own billing (invoice, subscription, etc.)

• Billed daily based on actual usage
• $5/GB base cost + platform markup + your markup
